What we collect

When you request a demo: your name, work email, company, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, number of warehouses and your message.

How you found us: the campaign that brought you (UTM tags and ad click identifiers), the page you arrived from, the sections you viewed, time on page, number of visits, device type, screen size, browser language, time zone and approximate country. Your browser keeps this on your device and only sends it to us together with the demo form, if you submit it.

Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to prevent abuse.

Cookies and similar technologies

We store your language, your cookie choice and the "how you found us" details in your own browser. They are not shared with anyone unless you submit the demo form.

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our ads. They load only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you reject them, or never answer, they do not load.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Why we use it

To contact you about your demo, prepare it for your operation and send you the information you asked for.

To understand which channels and content bring interested people, so we can improve this website and our ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS and WhatsApp)

Warehouses that use Cargo Flow Systems can send text messages to drivers and visitors about their visit, such as dock door assignments and check-in confirmations. Messages are sent only to people who give their number and consent at the warehouse kiosk or check-in page.

Message frequency varies with each visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the website and the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery, text messaging through Twilio, and analytics through Google and Meta when you accept), under their own privacy and security commitments.

Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept while we have a commercial conversation with you and for up to 24 months after the last contact. Then they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to demo@cargoflowsystems.com. We answer within 20 business days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
